North Koreans just like us are created in the image of God. Their human rights ought to be protected. Nevertheless, reportedly from 3 to 4 millions North Koreans have been sacrificed resulting from starvation, rape, torture, and execution.

It is a shame that our National Assembly still hesitates to pass Human Rights Bill for North Koreans while the United States and Japan unanimously passed human rights bills for North Koreans already.

북한동포도 우리처럼 하나님의 형상으로 창조되었습니다. 그들의 인권은 보호받아야 합니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 보도에 의하면 북한주민 3백만 내지 4백만이 굶주림, 강간, 고문, 처형으로 희생되었습니다. 미국과 일본이 이미 만장일치로 북한인권법을 통과시켰음에도 불구하고 한국 국회가 아직도 북한인권법 통과를 주저하는 것은 부끄러운 일입니다.

We really appreciate the 9th North Korea Freedom Week announced by US civil group North Korea Freedom Coalition(Representative Suzanne Scholte) here in South Korea. God listens to the crying North Koreans killed by North Korea dictatorship just like Abel killed by his brother Cain. 저희는 미국의 북한인권단체인 북한자유연합(대표 수쟌 숄티)이 한국에서 아홉 번째로 북한자유주간행사를 개최한 것을 정말 기뻐합니다. 하나님께서 카인에 의해 살해된 아벨의 소리를 들으신 것처럼 북한독재로 희생된 북한동포들의 울부짖는 소리를 들으십니다.

North Korea Freedom Week here in Seoul, It is sure to be God's order to liberate North Koreans suffering from cruel dictatorship.

We appeal the global leaders US President Obama and the United States, the United Nations, Europe Union, Britain, France, Germany, Sweden, Spain, Denmark, Canada, Mexica, Brazil, Japan, China, Russian, Poland, Hungary, Iraq, Afghanistan, India, and national leaders President Lee Myung Bak, Saenuri leader Park Keun Heah, the ruling party and opposition parties to do their best with all the possible measures for the improvement of human rights of North Koreans suffering from dictatorship.

한국 서울에서의 북한자유주간은 하나님께서 잔인한 독재로부터 북한주민을 해방하라는 명령입니다. 

저희는 미국 오바마 대통령, 미국, 유엔, 유럽연합, 영국, 프랑스, 독일, 스웨덴, 스페인, 덴마크, 카나다, 맥시코, 브라질, 일본, 중국, 러시아, 폴란드, 항가리, 이락, 아프가니스탄, 인도, 국내지도자들 이명박 대통령, 박근혜 새누리 지도자, 여야 정당에게 북한독재로 신음하고는 북한주민의 인권개선을 위하여 할 수 있는 모든 가능한 방법을 최선을 다하여 조치하여 주시기를 촉구합니다.

We warn North Korea not to agitate South Koreans and political circles to protest US and our government and not to waste too much budget to memorize Kim Il Sung's birthday and to develop nuclear weapons and missiles resulting in genocide in North Korea. We urge  China government not to repatriate North Korean defectors to North Korea against their will in violation of its international treaty obligations. Because China is a signatory to the 1951 Conventions of Refugees and the 1967 Protocol. We urge our National Assembly to pass Human Rights Bill for North Koreans and not to revise National Assembly Law paralyzing the function of National Assembly and democracy.

북한이 남한과 정치권에 대하여 반미반정부선동을 하지 말 것과 김일성 생일 기념과 핵과 미사일 실험에 너무 많은 예산을 탕진하여 북한동포를 집단학살하지 말 것을 경고합니다. 중국에 대하여 국제조약의무에 위반하여 탈북자들을 강제북송하지 말 것을 촉구합니다. 중국은 1951년 난민협약과 1967년 의정서에 서명국이기 때문입니다. 국회에 북한인권법을 통과시킬 것과 국회기능을 마비시킬 국회법 개정을 폐기할 것을 촉구합니다.
