중국정부는 유엔인권선언을 준수하여 탈북자 강제북송을 중단하라!

저희는 오늘 북한탈북자들과 그들의 인권을 위하여 여기에 왔습니다.

그들과 북한동포들은 우리들과 마찬가지로 하나님의 형상으로 창조되었습니다. 때문에 그들은 보호받아야 합니다.

보도에 의하면 북한동포 3백만 내지 4백만이 굶주림, 강간, 고문, 처형으로 희생되었습니다. 저희는 이러한 야만적인 집단학살을 용납할 수 없습니다.

하나님은 그들이 노예가 아니라 자유인으로 살기를 바랍니다. 

탈북자들은 그들의 인권을 위협하는 북한에 돌아가기를 원하지 않습니다.

G-2 국가라고 불리는 중국이 북한탈북자들을 강제로 북한에 보내는 것은 부끄러운 일입니다.

유엔인권선언은 유엔회원국들에게 국내외 인권을 보호할 것을 보장합니다. 그 때문에 저희들은 중국이 유엔인권선언을 준수해 북한탈북자들을 그들의 의사에 반하여 북한에 보내는 것을 중단하라고 촉구합니다. 

저희는 유엔, 미국, 유럽연합, 영국, 독일, 프랑스, 일본, 러시아, 인도, 카나다, 오스트랄리아, 이탈리아, 터키, 모든 국가들, 모든 지도자들, 모든 시민단체들과 그들의 회원들에 대하여 전 세계 모든 중국대사관에서 탈북자 강제북송을 하는 중국정부에 강력히 항의할 것과 북한동포를 1995년이래 3백만 내지 4백만이 굶주림, 강간, 고문, 처형으로 집단학살한 북한의 세습독재로부터 해방할 것을 강력히 촉구합니다. 

저희는 만장일치로 북한인권법을 통과시킨 미국과 일본에 대하여,

또한 중국의 북한 탈북자 강제북송을 항의한 이명박 대통령, 박선영 의원, 이회창 의원, 여러 명의 새누리 의원들과 차인표와 그의 연예인 친구들,

그리고 현재 세계 100여개국 16만1천여명이 ‘탈북난민 구하기’ 세계적인 청원을 벌리는 Save My Friend,

북한인권에 헌신하는 세계 18개국 전 현직 의원들 그룹인  PFD,

또한 북한 탈북자 강제북송에 항의하는

나라사랑 한국 천주교 기도회, 인테넷 선교학교, 에스더 기도운동, 북한자유연합, 북한인권단체연합, 모든 북한인권 활동가들과 북한인권단체들 모두에게

최고의 존경과 감사를 드립니다. 

저희는 이명박 대통령, 박근혜 새누리 비상대책위원장, 여야 정당, 시민단체들, 교사와 학생, 언론에게 북한인권법을 국회에서 통과시키도록 최선을 다해 주실 것을 강력히 촉구합니다.

저희는 북한독재체제가 한국 정치권에 총선과 대선을 겨냥하여 반미반정부 선동을 하지 말 것을 경고합니다.

저희는 북한독재제체가 유엔인권선언에 따라 북한인권을 보호할 것을 촉구합니다. 

하나님께서 여러분 모두를 축복하시기를 !

We are here for North Korean defectors and their human rights.

They and North Koreans just like us are created in the image of God and ought to be protected in the name of God.

According to the report, 3 millions to 4 millions North Koreans have been sacrificed resulting from starvation, rape, torture, and execution.

We can not accept such a brutal genocide in North Korea.

God wants all of them live not as slaves but free men. 

Defectors do not want to return to North Korea threatening their human rights.

It is a shame that so called G-2 China let North Korean defectors return to North Korea forcibly. United Nations Human Rights Declaration provides UN member countries to protect human rights home and abroad.

That's why we urge China to observe United Nations Human Rights Declaration and to stop defectors to return to North Korea against their will.

We appeal the United Nations, the United States, European Union, Britain, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, Russia, India, Canada, Australia, Turkey, and all the countries and all the leaders and all the civil NGO groups and their members to take strong protest China Embassies everywhere in the world to stop North Korean defectors to return to North Korea forcibly.

We would like to express our highest respect and thank

not only to the United States and Japan passed human rights bills of North Koreans unanimously,

not only to President Lee Myung Bak, National Assembly lawmaker Park Sun Young, Lee Hoe Chang, several ruling pary Saenuri lawmakers, and Cha In Pyo and his friend public entertainers who protest China Embassy for the human rights of defectors,

not only to Save My Friend signing petition over 100 counties and over 161 thousand petitioners at present aiming at to stopping defectors to North Korea with slogan 'Save North Korean Refugees',

not only to PFD 18 countries incumbent and ex lawmakers paying attention to the human rights of defectors,

but also to Korea Catholic Praying Group to love Korea, Protestant Missionary School, Esther Praying Movement, North Korea Human Rights Coalition, North Korea Freedom Coalition and all the human rights activists taking in part in for their human rights in front of China Embassy home and abroad.

We strongly urge President Lee Myoung Bak, the ruling party leader Park Keun Heah, the ruling pary and opposition party, all the civil groups, teachers and student, and the press to do their best to pass human rights bill for North koreans as soon as possible.

We warn North Korea dictator regime not to agitate South Korean political circle and South Koreans to overthrow our government in the general election and the presidential election but we urge North Korea dictator regime to protect human rights of North Koreans according the United Nations Human Rights Declaration.
