We are terribly sorry to send our petition too late.

We already sent our urgent petition by email twice.

This is the third email letter to you UNESCO Memory of the World.   

Someday next generation here in South Korea is sure to ask us what we do when May 18 groups submitted their petition to register May 18 Incident documents and records.

We don't want to be bystanders but want to do our best for next generation. That's why we send our urgent petition to you UNESCO Memory of the World.

The day is coming very soon. 

Whether do May 18 documents and records register to the List of World Heritage Memory of the World or not are up to you.

You everyone of you are chosen by God for better world.

That's why I as a lawyer when I enter the judicial court I take a bow politely just like other lawyers. 

You are honorable judges representing God.

So we firmly believe that all of you listen to the truth.

American &  Korean Friendship National Council Korea Branch have been fighting for national security, democracy and the human rights of North Koreans.

We love our people and the world by our constant praying and fighting for the truth and oppressed North Koreans.

We are not almighty. That's why we would like to be humble.

That's why we have been trying to listen to the voice of God.

Every day and night we are praying for numerous people suffering from crime, terror, disputes, poverty, disease, corruption, global warming, natural disasters, dictatorship and things like that.

That's why we submit our urgent petition to honorable UNESCO Memory of the World.

We expect you wipe South North Koreans' tears away with the truth.

We would like to offer our deepest condolence to so called May 18 victims during Kwangju Incident. That we are against Kwangju May 18 civil groups' petition does not aim to defame them and to call them rioters at all. Because according to the defectors' interview in 2006 and their book published in 2009 including witness of 36 defectors, during Kwangju Incident many North Korea special force soldiers invaded Kwangju. They attacked many arsenals with secret information about where arsenals were spies had already collected.   

And then they spreaded sinister rumors as if soldiers of Kyungsang Province killed Chula Province and they shoot Kwangju citizens indiscriminately as North Korea regime had ordered to them in order to alienate Kwangju citizens from South Korea soldiers. Kwangju victims were killed to overturn South Korea government and to build Pro North Korea Kim Dae Jung government by North Korea soldiers.

That's why South Korea army, government and the United States were falsely charged with murder army, murder government and principal of Kwangju massacre. Investigation records say that 38 arsenals were attacked just for four hours. Defectors say it is impossible for naive Kwangju citizens, but possible for North Korea special force soldiers. 

Accordng to North Korea book titles 'South Koreans' struggle with North Korea's flag of Chuche(footnote North Korea political philosophy), May 18 anniversary every year at national level in North Korea and North Korea's May 18 film 'Symphony Poetry for Darling' (its scenario was made by South Korea novelist Whang Suk Young and its music was composed by Youn Ie Sang after they entered North Korea in 1989. North Korea dictator Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong-il ordered them to manufacture May 18 film), they denounces South Korea Park Jung Hee government and Chun Doo Whan government as military dictator governments responsible to Kwangju Incident. And also they criticizes the United States as the principal of Kwangju Incident massacre and division of Korea far from the truth.

They even distorts Kwangju Incident as Kwangju citizens heroic revolution to fight against South Korea army, government and the United States with the flag of Chuche.

Here in South Korea also distorted our history as if South Korea Park Jung Hee government and Chun Doo Whan government were military dictator government responsible to Kwangju massacre and as if the United States ordered Korea army to kill Kwangju citizens cruelly. as many as over 54,000 american soldiers were dead and over 460,000 american soldiers were injured in Korean War to prevent North Korea and China from invading us. Moreover, ex-President Kim Dae Jung was released after US Reagan government urged Chun Doo Whan government to free him strongly.

It is nonsense that May 18 groups still denounce the United States who saved ex-President Kim Dae Jung sentenced to death. 

US Heritage Foundation is a famous conservative foundation to play a decisive role in election victory for Reagan. Heritage Foundation's May 18 report says in its conclusion that the events of May 1980 were not a delicate plot by the ROK government to massacre innocent civilians in South Cholla Province. Nor was the U.S. involved in the Incident. Given the extent of the insurrection, the death toll was remarkably low - a fact that reflects the ROK government's effort to minimize casualties. 

Immediately after Korean War, In Kwangju, children of partizans siding with North Korea to stepdown South Korea government with armed struggle became orphans. South Korea army and government   built an orphanage for them with the United States' financial aid.

More than 20 years they had taken after orphans children of partizans. That's why we can't believe South Korea army, government and the United States as the principals of Kwangju massacre.

On the contrary we firmly believe North Korea's operation against South Korea to overturn our government and to build pro North Korea Kim Dae Jung government.

Among victims by M-16 and carbine, 69% were killed by carbine.

Korean soldiers used only M-16. carbine in arsenals were deprived of by North Korea special force and Kwangju citizens. In addition many victims were dead to be shoot in their back. That's why defectors says that those kind of victims were by North Korea special force soldiers.

However, we don't want to defame May 18 victims. Because they were killed by North Korean soldiers and North Korea's operation against South Korea to alienate Kwangju citizens from South Korea army, government and the United States.

Kwangju massacre murderers are not South Korea army, government and the United States but North Korea dictator regime dispatched its soldiers to Kwangju. Kwangju citizens, South Korea army, government, and the United States are friends just like during Korean War. We with our firm belief for the truth oppose May 18 groups' petition helping North Korea's operation against South Korea

Welcome honorable global leaders coming to Korea to take part in the G20 summit talks!  We hope G20 leaders contribute for global peace and world prosperity.  

We Koreans were liberated from colonialism just 65 years ago with the help of the United States. United Nations and the United States prevented North Korea and China from invading us during Korean War. We really thank the United States and the United Nations for their contribution for our freedom and prosperity.

We live in an age of incredible miracle of science and technology never experienced before. Nevertheless, numerous people everywhere in the world have been suffering from crime, terror, dispute, poverty, disease, moral corruption, global warming and dictatorship.

Numerous refugees have been suffering from conflicts because of race, religion and ideology. Numerous North Koreans have been starved to death resulting from poverty, disease, torture, rape and dictatorship. Numerous North Koreans have been suffering from those pains while North Korea dictator Kim Jong=il have many wife and enjoys too much spending for his selfish life and dictatorship.

    

It is a shame that United Nations, China and Russia refused to make international sanction to North Korea's terror sinking our navy ship Chunan resulting in death of 46 navy soldiers.  

It is a shame that China let defectors return North Korea against their will resulting in being persecuted by North Korea dictator and China has voted against United Nations' resolution denouncing North Korea's oppression of human rights of North Koreans.  

North Koreans like us have been made in the image of God.

That's why we can't accept North Korea dictator regime's genocide and terror and developing nuclear weapon threatening global peace and human rights.

We appeal G20 leaders and people everywhere in the world to take strong action for the liberation of North Koreans suffering from Kim Jong-il dictatorship by punishing him according to the international law and human conscience.   

We hope the Seoul meeting of the G20 leaders be an good opportunity to solve impending issues we are facing above-mentioned. 

We appeal US President Obama and global leaders to protect refugees, AIDs patients, oppressed people and less developed countries for the improvement of their sound democracy, human rights and quality of life with all the possible measures. 

  

We appeal our honorable President Lee Myung Bak, ex-President of Grand Nation Party Park Keun Heah, opposition party leader Lee Hoe-chang, leaders of the ruling party and opposition party, religious leaders, managers and workers, and our people to welcome global leaders and to unite for the success of G20 summit talks here in Korea. North Korea Freedom Coalition(Representative Suzanne Scholte) holds the annual 8th North Korean Freedom Week here in Seoul from April 24 to May 1. We really appreciate that North Korea Freedom Week guided by Holy Spirit for the liberation of North Korea begins from April 24 the Easter Day defeating the devil threatening us. We would like to express our highest thank and respect to North Korea Freedom Coalition and churches of Protestant and Catholic and North Koreans human rights NGOs and conservative civil NGOs and mass communications participating or reporting or broadcasting for North Korea Freedom Week.    

North Korea dictator has been imputing all the source of misery in North Korea to South Korea and the United States. Three to four millions North Koreans have been sacrificed resulting not from South Korea and the United States but from Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong-il their dictatorship spending too much budget not only to build over 38,000 Kim Il Sung's statues and his too luxurious Palace not only to develop nuclear weapon and mass destruction weapons not only to sink our navy ship Chunan not only to shoot Yeon Pyoung Island but also to please his many wives and his birthday party.    

Churches of Protestant and Catholic in the United States contributed with solidarity to pass North Korean Human Rights Act in the House and the Senate unanimously.

Japan also passed North Korea Human Rights Act unanimously.

Even the Europe Union and the United Nations made resolution to denounce North Korea dictatorship while China support North Korea dictatorship and North Korea's terror sinking our navy ship and let defectors return North Korea without their will.  

Thank the United States, Japan, the European Union and the United Nations for your protest North Korea dictatorship.

It is a shame that North Korea Human Rights Bill is still sleeping in our National Assembly here in Korea and most of not only churches in Protestant and Catholic but Buddist Temple and other religion seldom pay attention to North Korean Human Rights Act.       

Democratic Party and pro North Korea groups insists North Korea Human Rights Act incite North Korea resulting in persecuting human rights in North Korea more than before. They are on the part of not North Koreans suffering from dictatorship but North Korea dictator.   They don't want listen to the crying of Abel murdered by Cain.  

North Korea's enemy is not South Korea and the United States.

The United States liberated Koreans in 1945 and passed North Koreans Human Rights Act and denounced North Korea dictatorship.

The United States are North Koreans' not enemy but real friend.

We ask  our National Assembly not to be North Koreans enemy but friend by passing North Korea Human Right Bill right now.

We really appreciate North Korea Freedom Week for the liberation of North Koreans suffering from Kim Jong-il dictatorship. This human rights event is sure to give great hope for North Koreans since last year's North Korea Freedom Week here in Seoul, Korea.

We would like to express our highest thank and respect to North Korea Freedom Coalition and all the participants to take part in North Korea Freedom Week everywhere in the world.  

North Koreans just like us are created in the image of God.

God does not want North Koreans to live as slaves but free men. For too long time North Koreans have been forcing to live as slaves and suffering from brutal dictatorship.

Libyans have been fighting against dictatorship. The United Nations intervenes in Libya to exercise Responsibility to Protect. Why not United Nations apply Responsibility to Protect in North Korea? Let's pray for the liberation of North Koreans and Libyans suffering from dictatorship in the name of God and Responsibility to Protect! We will stand together in solidarity with all the people everywhere in the world fighting for the liberation of North Koreans.

We demand the freedom, human rights, dignity and Responsibility to Protect  for those like North Koreans and Libyans still suffering in enslavement under brutal dictatorship. God already showed us his miracle not only to liberate Koreans in 1945 with the help of the United States but to prevent North Korea and China from invading us with the help of the United States and the United Nations during Korean War.

While North Korea dictator spent too much budget not only to build over 38,000 Kim Il Sung's statues and his Palace not only to develop nuclear weapons and mass destruction weapons, but to Kim Jong-il's many wives and his birthday party, over three million North Koreans have been sacrificed resulting from starvation, execution, rape, torture etc since 1995. China must stop defectors return North Korea against their will. God's patience is sure to end if we remain only bystanders while North Korean dictator let his people die like flies.  It is a shame that we allow in 21st century such kind of brutal genocide by dictator Kim Jong-il without proper international strong sanctions. That's why we appeal honorable president Obama, the United States, Europe, Japan, India, China, Russia, United Nations and its member countries to take all the possible strong measures to stepdown and punish North Korea dictator regime to save North Koreans living as slave. No time to hesitate! Now is the time for us to free North Korea. Let's take cross with our sincere praying and dedication so as to free North Korea! On this Easter Day begins North Korea Freedom Week. It is a good hope of sign to liberate North Koreans. Today April 15 we gather not only to hold Memorial Service to the Memory of the Spirit of Korean War Dead, soldiers of the United Nations, United States and Republic of Korea, victims of Yeonpyoung Island from North Korea's brutal attack, but also to pray for safe return of kidnapped by North Korea and war prisoners.

According to the report of North Korea Human Rights NGO groups, from 3 million to 4 million North Koreans have been sacrificed due to starvation, execution, rape and torture by North Korea dictator regime since 1995. Too much budget have been overspent to build as many as 38,000 statues of dictator Kim Il Sung and the Palace of Kim Il Sung to install his dead body to idolize him and to develop nuclear weapons and missiles, and to sink Chunan Navy Ship brutally, and to attack Yeonpyoung Island. As a result of wasting too much budget, numerous North Koreans have been sacrificed.

Nevertheless North Korea imput all the suffering of North Koreans to the United States and South Korea government. Patience of God and Buddha are sure to end their patience to the genocide of North Korea dictator and China supporting North Korea dictatorship.

North Koreans like us are created in the image of God.

It is a shame not to punish North Korea dictator let his people die like flies.

We resort Obama US President, US ruling party and opposition party, European Unions, Japan, United Nations to step down North Korea dictator Kim JongIl regime and Lybia Qaddafi dictator regime let their people die like flies.

We appeal President Lee Myung Bak, ex-representative of Grand Nation Party Park Keun Heah, a representative of Liberal Party Lee Hoe Chang, leaders of the ruling party and the opposition parties, capital and labor, leaders of religion, education, mass communication and the people to make strenuous efforts to pass North Korea Human Rights Bill so as to give great hope for North Koreas suffering from dictatorship.

North Korea Freedom Coalition (representative Suzanne Scholte) will hold human rights event to liberate North Koreans in the coming North Korean Freedom Week from April 24 to April 30 here in South Korea. This is a good sign of hope for North Koreans

We will do our best to defeat Pro North Power agitating anti-USA and anti-government groups with fierce violence threatening our national security and democracy.

Heaven is crying, Earth is crying, South Koreans are crying, 

God is also crying over the holy death of 46 South Korea Navy Soldiers and Han Joo Ho UDT sacrificed by North Korea's brutal terror. The Day of March 26, 2010 we never forget their holy death!

They were sacrificed dedication to God to save our sins not to fight for our national security and democracy. 

Today April 2, 2011 memorial ceremony of death of our holy soldiers

run by united religious leaders of Protestant Church, Catholic Church, Buddism and conservative NGO groups is great historial monument for our country. We would like to express our highest thank and respect with all our hearts. 

Joint Investigation Report by Joint Investigation Groups of Australia, The United States, Great Britain, Sweden, Republic of Korea delivers the truth, and provides grounds to the truth of North Korea's terror.  The report's conclusion : ROKS Cheonan was sunk due to an under-water explosion caused by an attack of an attack of a CHD-2D torpedo manufactured and used by North korea.

The evidence points overwhelmingly to the conclusion that the torpedo was fired by a North Korea submarine. There is no other plausible explanation.     

Over 80 United Nations members countries their governments or congresses or parliaments issued public statements or made resolution denouncing North Korea's terror sinking South Korea's navy ship resulting in death of 46 navy soldiers.

We urge China  and Russia not to support  North Korea's terror threatening global peace any more. We hope they urge North Korea to improve human rights of North Koreans. We denounce Participation Solidarity's report insisting abovementioned international report is fabricated. We can hardly understand why Democratic Party support such a false report hiding North Korea's terror.   

We are proud of our past governments achieving economic miracle and democratization. Democracy is not anti-USA pro North Korea threatening democracy here in South korea.

The United States and The United Nations are our real friends prevented North Korea and China from invading South Korea.

We will never forget their contribution during Korean War.

We will fight for our national security and democracy against any anti-government, anti-USA groups threatening our country.

We are sure God be with us. We will unite with all the religions and civil groups to fight for our national security and democracy.

Honorable Group to let people know ex-President Park Jung Hee objectively and to preserve his statue in this Munrae park! and remained family of late ex-President Park Jung Hee! and distinguish guests in this anniversary ceremony! and all the groups dedicating for democracy and human rights of North Koreans suffering dictatorship! and all the leaders, religions, capital and labor, mass communication, teachers and professors and our people who did their best for the miracle of Han River!  We would like to express our highest thank and respect to all of them to save our country from national crisis. It is my great pleasure and honor to be with all of you.  

Today is the 50th anniversary, half a century after May 16 military revolution. According to Korean Proverb, ten years is an epoch even changing rivers and mountains. Rivers and mountains have changed several times though, Ex-President Park Jung Hee at present still is the most overwhelming popular president in public polls about presidents in South Korea. Why do majority Koreans still respect him so much?    

His sweeping popularity here in Korea comes from majority South Koreans' highly respect for his great achievement so called 'The Miracle of Han River' and May 16 military revolution inevitable to save our country.

Pro North Korea, leftists have insisted that Ex-President Park Jung Hee government was military dictator regime lacking in legitimacy. As a matter of form, it was military coup without due process of law, yet it was military revolution with legitimacy to save our country from national crisis in substance.  

The national situation before military revolution was national crisis with extreme disorder. The then Democratic Party government won landslide victory in general election due to April 19 righteous uprising. Koreans supported Democratic Party for peaceful transfer of power. Yet the party betrayed our people and enjoyed extreme power play between so called old group and new group in the ruling party resulting in dividing the party.

As a result, the then government failed not only in stabilization of political situation but also in preventing peoples all levels of society from demonstrating at regional and national level threatening social order. Pro North Korea, leftists agitated the people to protest government and the United States with the slogan 'Let's go the North Korea Come to South Korea!' That's why military revolution was inevitable to overcome national crisis.

We celebrate the 50th anniversary of May 16 military revolution not just for idolizing military revolution. Because we don't deny ex-President Park Jung Hee government had made some mistakes to oppress human rights and democracy in part.

Instead, his government recorded marvelous economic miracle for us Koreans. That's why we Koreans respect him the most among presidents in our history after liberation.

At the time of May 16, 1960, our national income per one person was 82$ and our total exports were 40 million $. It belonged to the poorest level in the world.

Yet his government achieved striking economic miracle by recording our national income per one person to be 1,640$, and our total exports to be 15 billion $ with rising rate 9.3 percent per year never recorded in the world.

Such kind of striking miracle resulted from new village movement with slogan 'diligence, self-help, cooperation', founding KIST with foreign scientists by his government which contributed for economic development and scientific development with patriotism and passion.  

During ex-President Park Jung Hee government, numerous laws were made for at all levels such as economic development, national security, social welfare, education, forest, environment, culture, cultural properties, natural resources, foreign investment to our country. The then his government has greatly influenced the following governments till at present. The miracle of Han River was not by finger-counting and dictatorship but by diverse and thorough legalism.

They continue agitate the people not only to protest incumbent government and the United State but to fight for riot of the people. Despite great achievements of G20 global conference, trade and natural resources diplomacy, polarization in economy, lacking in democratic identity and morality in the selection of suitable persons, nomination of candidates are stumbling blocks to solve national crisis we are facing at present. Just like Proverb saying "United We Stand, Divided We Fall" when such a national crisis, we long for ex-President Park Jung Hee's leadership urging us to unite one another for our country with his firm attitude to the North Korea's provocation and with his criticism on the oppressed human rights of North Koreans and with his dedication to economic development and social welfare and with his patriotism. 

How many more students have to be biased leftists by wrong text book in high school? 

We would like to ask not only Pro North Korea leftists who blame new village movement proclaimed by ex-President Park Jung Hee while they have kept silence on the North Korea dictatorship oppressing human rights of North Korean far more cruel than ex-President Park Jung Hee but our National Assembly which hesitate to pass human rights bill for North Koreans as follow.

How many more North Koreans have to be persecuted and killed by North Korea dictator regime?

It is a national shame that Pro North Korea leftists pay any attention to the persecuted human rights of North Koreans while they protest present government and the United States which saved us during Korean War.

It is a national shame that our National Assembly still is not trying to pass human rights bill for North Koreans while the United States and Japan already passed human rights bills unanimously.

I would like to close my speech by citing the famous Parable of a Good Samaritan in the Bible to save the oppressed people suffering such as North Koreans and Libyans from not only dictatorship but crime, terror, dispute, poverty, disease, corruption, immorality, global warming and things like that.  

Jesus Christ in his Parable of the Good Samaritan said: A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he fell into the hands of robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side. So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came the man was, and when he saw him, he took pity on him. He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, took him to an inn and took care of him. The next day he took out two silver coins and gave them to the innkeeper. 'Look after him,' he said, 'and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.' Which of these three do you think, was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?' The expert in the law replied, "The one who had mercy on him." Jesus told him. "Go and do likewise"

Jesus Christ's Parable of a Good Samaritan seems to be the same in the Buddha's mercy.

Who was our good neighbors?

South Korea, the Republic of Korea have gotten great benefits from the United Nations. The United Nations prevented North Korea from invading us during Korean War. We will never forget the sacrifice of the United Nations Soldiers and American Soldiers.

57,933 UN soldiers were killed and 481,155 UN soldiers were injured during Korean War by soldiers of North Korea and China. Among them, 54,246 American soldiers were dead and 468,659 American soldiers were injured. 16 UN members countries fought for freedom in South Korea during Korean War. 5 countries helped us with medical service.  In addition, 40 countries supplied goods to us and 7 countries helped rehabilitation after Korean War.

We sincerely thank the United Nations and its members countries fighting for the freedom in South Korea to save South Korea during Korean War. With the great help of the United Nations and the United States, South Korea enjoys prosperity and democracy while North Koreans have been suffering from dictatorship. They are our good friend.

The United Nations and the United States and above-mentioned countries who helped us are our good neighbors just like a Good Samaritan in the Bible.

Now is the time for us with our all heart to be good neighbors just like a Good Samaritans for numerous people suffering from crime, terror, dispute, poverty, disease, immorality, corruption, global warming, natural disasters, dictatorship etc threatening global peace and human rights!

That's why our people yearn ex-President's leadership and military revolution to save the people suffering from poverty, corruption and disorder. May 16 is the day of military revolution and is the day to be good neighbors by military revolution leaders.

We urge all the religions leaders and believers to be good neighbors for global peace. We appeal them to save our people suffering from the worst level in the rate of divorce and suicide in the world despite our striking economic development.
