We sincerely thank the United Nations saving South Korea during Korean War. With the great help of the United Nations, South Korea enjoys prosperity and democracy while North Koreans have been suffering from dictatorship.

That's why we really appreciate United Nations resolution to denounce North Korea dictatorship oppressing human rights of North Koreans with some international sanctions.

That's why we have been fighting for our national security and democracy and the human rights of North Koreans.

Many leaders have been persecuted during their fighting for the truth.

Socrates and Jesus Christ were executed by the ruling class.

Yet their faiths for the truth have been great lessons for us even at present. History disclosed that the persecuted Socrates and Jesus Christ were not wrong but right. 

The truth is precious global heritage to share mutual understanding of diverse heritage for the better world in which we live.

That's why we dare to ask UNESCO Memory of the World to decide whether Kwangju May 18 Incident can be registered to the List of UNESCO Memory of the World or not with the truth of Kwangju Incident.    

That's why we would like to side with you today.

We firmly believe that UNESCO Memory of the World observe good faith and justice toward all nation.

That's why we submit our petition about whether Kwangju Incident is registered to the List of UNESCO Memory of the World or not. 

We know UNESCO Memory of the World have registered global diverse heritage according to the truth and cultural value. It has been really great achievement for the improvement of global peace and global understanding.

That's why we expect our petition will be accepted according to the truth and evidence with plenty of time and investigation. At last is coming to decide whether the petition of May 18 civil groups is accepted or not. We are praying with all our heart that UNESCO would make great decision based on the truth to save South North Koreans suffering from North Korea dictatorship and North Korea's operation against South Korea.

How many more North Koreans have to die before the "leftists" in South Korea acknowledge the truth about not only oppressed human rights of North Koreans but also Kwangju May 18 Incident deteriorated by North Korea's operation against South Korea?

Numerous people everywhere in the world have been still suffering from crime, terror, dispute, poverty, disease, corruption, global warming and dictatorship.

South Korea is much better than North Korea in economy and freedom. Yet many South Koreans protest their government and the United States with fierce violence which prevented North Korea and China from invading their country during Korean War. It is sure to be nonsense. 

The world became more wealthy in economy but more poor in spirit.

Why we are unhappy?

Because of lacking in truth and justice in the world.

The United Nations are responsible to unhappy world. The United Nations has the ability to make the world happy to fight for freedom just like the United Nations's contribution during Korean War.

We don't deny the United Nations' contribution for global peace and the expansion of freedom and humanitarian aid to less developed countries.

We welcome the United Nations' intervention in Libya Incident to prevent Libya dictator from do genocide by applying Responsibility to Protect rule.

Dictators such as North Korea Kim Jong-il have trampled down the truth and justice everywhere in the world.

The world and the United Nations must not allow North Korea dictator regime let his people like flies. Now is the time for the world and the United Nations to intervene in North Korea dictator's genocide to save North Korea by applying 'Responsibility to Protect' rule just like Libya genocide.

We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth.

Because truth needs our sacrifice and courage.

Yet we believe there is a just God who rule us for justice.

In the Bible Jesus Christ let us know that the truth shall us be free. 

Buddha taught his apostles to live with the truth all the time.

Whether Kwangju Incident is Civil Democratic Movement or Unhappy Incident Planned and Distorted by North Korea dictator regime's notorious operation against South Korea is up to us whether we follow the truth Jesus Christ and Buddha taught us or not.

North Korea dictator regime and Kwangju May 18 groups have been exaggerating the number of victims in Kwangju Incident too much without any foundation. South Koreans' struggle to South Korea Following to the flag of Chuche (footnote: North Korea dictator regime's political philosophy) which published in 1982 in North Korea exaggerate the death toll to over 5,700 and the toll of injured to over 14,000 far from the truth.

However, in 1997, ex-president Kim Young Sam Public Prosecution suggested capital punishment for ex-president Chun Doo Whan and Roh Tae Woo charged of insurrection with murder during Kwangju Incident and Supreme Court convicted them of insurrection and murder. The death toll in Kwangju Incident in Kim Young Sam Public Prosecution's result of investigation into Kwangju Incident and the judgement of Supreme Court in 1997 was 166 civilians, 23 soldiers and 4 policemen.   

The death toll insisted by North Korea dictatorship and Kwangju Incident was too much exaggerated without any foundation. Their groundless propaganda is just North Korea's operation against South Korea aimed at alienate Kwangju Citizen from South Korea government, army and the United States to overturn South Korea.  

Kwangju Incident was a tragedy resulted in death of 166 civilians, 23 soldiers and 4 policemen. The toll of death was 164 civilians in 1980 Supreme Court's judgement and 166 civilians in 1997 Supreme Court's judgement.

Supreme Court judgement in 1980 and in 1997 were nearly the same about the toll of death in civilians.   

The toll of death of soldiers and policemen is the same in their judgement in 1980 and in 1997.

However their judgements were quite different.

Supreme Court judged Kwangju Incident as rebellion or insurrection in 1980 while Supreme Court judged Kwangju Incident as democratic revolution in 1997.

Kwangju May 18 films in North Korea as well as in South Korea denounced the United States, South Korea army and South Korea government as the principals of Kwangju massacre.

Defectors from North Korea, ex-North Korea special force soldiers' witnesses shocking about Kwangju Incident.

At last new incredible proofs about Kwangju Incident appeared to us when defectors from North Korea entered here in South Korea.

Ex- North Korea special force soldiers who are defectors in December 20, 2006 interviewed with the press about the truth of Kwangju Incident and recently published even a book 'Splendid Fraud Drama May 18th's Identity'  quite different from Supreme Court judgement in 1997 and so called Kwangju Special Law.    

They insisted that about 600 North Korea special force soldiers came to Kwangju and killed innocent Kwangju citizens as if South Korea soldiers killed Kwangju citizens.

Maybe 600 not exact number but at least hundreds of North Korea special force soldiers are sure to invade Kwangju according to the witness of defectors.

They disclosed that North Korea soldiers and spies spread rumor far from the truth as if Kyungsang Province soldiers came to Kwangju to kill Cholla Province citizens.       

TV and newspapers have not paid any attention to the witness of defectors. Yet the day will come when the truth will get victory.

Because we firmly believe that the truth will get victory just like so called a symbol of victory of the truth of a jew france soldier named Dreyfus falsely charged with Germany spy during world war.  

We would like to explain about Kwangju Incident in details never let our country be stepped down by North Korea's operation to South Korea.

It is not just by our mere imagination and presumption but by investigation documents, books, witnesses, movies, and evidences related Kwangju May 18 Incident.

There have been flooded so many documents, dramas, films, internet datum and books such as MBC drama 'The 5th Republic', film 'splendid holiday' since May 18 Incident. However, most of them are far from the truth. So called 'Judgement to let history standup rightly' has been publicly opened to the public since 2005. Yet the main parts of the judgement is based on false fact compare to the previous investigation document.  

It was North Korea regime which began to write about Kwangju Incident for the first time. North Korea Unification Company published history book named "South Koreans' Fighting Following to the Flag of the Chuche's Ideology" in 1982. North Korea Labor Party Press published "Kwangju's Rage" in 1985. In the same year 1985, Whang Suk Young wrote "Overcome Death and Darkness of the Time" so called the record of civil struggle in May Kwangju. It is known to be the first book published in South Korea.   

Above-mentioned 3 books are similar in their contents which seemed to base on the same materials and data. Someone who got instruction from unknown maneuvering siding with North Korea regime seemed to write the original text. Materials and datum related with Kwangju Incident here in South Korea seemed to imitate a little different from the above-mentioned original text. Whang Suk Young's book about Kwangju Incident seems to be similar to North Korea's counterpart.   

The Book, 'May 18 Incident Evaluated By King Solomon's Wisdom' published in 2010 tells the Truth about Kwangju Incident.

The book titled "May 18 Incident Evaluated By King Solomon's Wisdom" published in 2010, 25 years later than Whang Suk Young's book is the very book to find out the truth about Kwangju Incident.

The book focused on the materials and datum related to Kwangju Incident who planned and wrote Kwangju Incident are made by whether the North Korea writers are the people who love South Korea or North Korea and whether they want the improvement of human rights in North Koreans or only the North Korea dictatorship and whether North Korea's books and movie about Kwangju Incident influence South Korea's materials, datums, movies and politics or not.      

North Korea has succeeded in beautifying Kwangju Incident as the most successful operations against the South Korea.  South Korea government and May 18 civil groups at present beautify Kwangju Incident as the successful democratic history while the many real conservative democratic groups here in South Korea denounce Kwangju Incident as civil revolts agitated by North Korea's operation against the South Korea. Whang Suk Young and Yoon Iee Sang was invited to North Korea in 1989. They made May 18 film "Symphonic Poetry for Darling" with North Korea dictator Kim Il-Sung for Korea Unification being guided by North Korea. This film denounced the United States, South Korea army, South Korea government, and ex-president Chun Doo Whan and Roh Tae Woo as principals of Kwangju massacre. May 18 Kwangju Incident film "Splendid Holidays" similar to North Korea counterpart Kwangju Incident film have continued to agitate South Koreans and students and labors protest the United States, South Korea army, conservative groups, and the 5th and the 6th Republic leaders.   

As a result of ex-president Kim Young Sam's so called May 18 special law, Public Prosecution's Indictment and Supreme Court's Judgement and South North Korea May 18 films, Kim Dae Jung became president. Immediately after he was elected president he began to trample down conservative press in the name of the war with the press.

Moreover, He poured tremendous amount of dollars into North Korea resulting in threatening our national security and democracy by North Korea' developing nuclear weapons and mass destruction weapons such as missiles in North Korea which had been short of dollars unable to develop nuclear weapons and mass destruction weapons.   

What on earth the tragedy and comedy simultaneously occurred in Kwangju Incident! Kwangju May 18 history has been planned and directed by North Korea regime. The writer pointed out that during Kwangju revolts so many North Koreans to agitate Kwangju citizens.

Since 2006, North Korea defectors have witnessed that North Korea special force soldiers invaded Kwangju during Kwangju 18 Incident and shoot Kwangju citizens with North Korea regime's notorious order.

According to the investigation documents and military reports, among 116 victims killed by shooting, 80 victims amounting to 69% of all victims were killed by carbine which were deprived of by civilians and North Korean special force soldiers. At that time South Korea soldiers used only M-16s. Moreover, rioters deprived M-16s from soldiers. It means at least more than 69% victims were not killed by South korea soldiers but by North Korea special force soldiers and their followers in South Korea.  Victims are compensated with large amount of cash. Nevertheless unknown 12 dead bodies are suspicious.

May 18 groups insists that 6 among 12 was citizens. Yet the defectors witnessed that their proofs are groundless. Unknown 12 dead bodies is estimated to be North Korean soldiers. 

In North Korea Kwangju Incident is recorded as Kwangju citizen's fighting for anti-USA, anti-government, anti South Korea army according to the North Korea's flay of chuche (footnote : North Korea dictator regime's political philosophy). Yet we cannot that kind of distorting history about Kwangju 18 Incident. 

Kwangju massacre's principals are not the United States, South Korea army, and South Korea government but North Korea dictator regime and North Korea army. That's why the writer publish this book to tell the truth.

December 12 and May 18 presented in the Investigation Documents

was written by Ji Man Won a representative of system club internet site who have been fighting for our national security and democracy for a long time. a conservative fighter.

He explained in his books that he wrote these books according not to his imagination but to study and analysis over 180,000 pages of investigation papers and documents presented in the Judicial Court's trial to Kwangju Incident for about as many as five years.

The writer analizes December 12 was the day of military revolution to prevent murder Kim Jae Kyou ex-chief of KCIA who assinated ex-president Park Jung Heeh from taking political power by insurrection while special law distorted December 12 as insurrection

Ex-KCIA chief Kim Tae Kyou pleaded himself as a democratic hero as if he would do self-defense for democracy threatened by dictator Park Jung Heeh. Ex-president Park Jung Heeh had oppressed human rights and democracy more or less though, he has been regarded as national hero to achieve great economic development so called 'The Mirracle of Han River' enable to develop democracy. That's why Kim Jae Kyou's assassination can't be justified. In this respect, Ex-president Chun Doo Whan and Roh Tae Woo guided December 12 preventing his insurrection plot saved the Republic of Korea.

Supreme Court in 1980 judged Kwangju Incident that Kim Dae Jung with radical students and suspicious protesters had agitated the people to overthrow South Korea government to take political power through insurrection. However, after May 18 special law, Supreme Court declared in his judgement May 18 Incident as great civil democratic movement and judged the past heros saving Korea as insurrection violators. 

National legitimacy is up to continuity. That traitors yesterday become faithful subject today or that faithful subjects yesterday become traitors today by upsetting history not based on the truth cannot be justified. The country in need can dare to call the people to be for the country when the country observe history with justice.

If faithful patriots fought for the country despite the risk of depriving their lives yesterday but they become traitors and loose their fame by being deprived of their honorable medal, who can dare to fight for their county in need or how the county which loose its trustworthy call the people to fight for the country in need?   

The country whose people do not want to fight for will perish just like Vietnam.

Therefore, upsetting history without the truth is sure to be an act to serve the interest of the enemy resulting in perishing our country by overthrowing our country. To trample down the principle of not subjecting persons to double jeopardy and to overturn the previous December 12 and May 18 judgement is evidently upsetting the history without the truth. It is the people's duty to keep national continuity and national legitimacy. The duty to preserve history is prior to the people's other major 4 duty. 

So called 'democratization tsunami' flooded South Korea in 1990s. In part, it contributed for democracy though, yet in the judgement about Kwangju Incident swept out the truth with biased logics and stone-throwing to the past authoritarian governments which had achieved economic development so called 'The miracle of Han River' enable to establish the basis of democracy in the future. 

During Ex-President Kim Young Sam government, Kwangju May 18 groups accused Ex-President Chun Do Whan, Roh Tae Woo and their major cabinet members, several generals and airborne troops commanders as the principals to Kwangju massacre, yet Public Prosecution judged them innocent after prudent investigation to 269 witnesses and related proofs. Kwangju Incident was judged civil revolt by Supreme Court in 1980.

Therefore, only retrial can revoke Supreme Court's previous judgement. Despite in July 18, 1995 Public Prosecution's dismissal to May 18 civil groups' accusation to many persons such as ex-president Chun Doo Whan and Roh Tae Woo and generals. Nevertheless, ex-president Kim Young Sam ordered public prosecution to investigate into May 18 Incident by disregarding his public prosecution' abovementioned dismissal.

He revoked the previous judgement of Supreme Court by ordering National Assembly to make so called May 18 special law without retrial. As a result Supreme Court revoked his previous judgement about May 18 Incident by so called May 18 special law without retrial. Supreme Court in April 17, 1997 judged ex-president Chun Doo Whan and Roh Tae Woo and their cabinet members and generals guilty to commit murder with insurrection. Division of power based on check and balance was trampled down by ex-president Kim Young Sam. 

So called the May 18 special law is unconstitutional. Because the law  revoke the previous Supreme Court's judgement in 1980 arbitrarily without the procedure of retrial and without observing prescription of prosecution despite passing prescription of prosecution.  That's why majority 5 judges decided May 18 special law as unconstitutional while minority 4 judges decided May 18 special law as constitutional. Despite majority judges' judgement to May 18 special law unconstitutional in the Constitutional Court, their judgement could not required quorum 2/3 to be unconstitutional. May 18 special law was constitutional though, that the majority judges in the Constitutional Court was against May 18 special law lacks in common support.        

Moreover, defectors from North Korea witnessed through interview with the press since December 2006 that North Korea dictator regime dispatched his special army soldiers to invade Kwangju during Kwangju incident. They were plotting to overthrow Korea government and then to build pro North Korea Kim Daejung government by their agitating Kwangju citizens with groundless rumor and by their shooting innocent Kwangju citizens as if they were South Korea soldiers. Kwangju citizens didn't know they were North Koreans. 

North Korea special force soldiers were directed by North Korea regime's notorious order to kill Kwangju citizens.  It is evidently new proofs since May 18 special law. Public Prosecution must investigate into these new evidences and ask Supreme Court retrial about May 18 Incident and Supreme Court also have to revoke the latest judgement based on May 18 Incident 

By doing so, we can prevent North Korea from overthrowing the Republic of Korea. That's why the writer wrote these books. 

However, movie and mass communications' reports and studies concerning May 18 Incident have continued to beautify Kwanju Incident as democratic civil revolution by such as splendid holiday movie, MBC drama the 4th and the 5th Republic and book written by Whang Suk Young etc.

As a result, according to public poll as many as 40% percent of military academy freshmen believe that South Korea began to invade North Korea during Korean War at first while the United Nations denounced North Korea's invasion into South Korea during Korean War and made resolution let the United Nations army prevent North Korea from invading South Korea. 

So called May 18 hero ex-president Kim Dae Jung seldom pay attention to the oppressed human rights of North Koreans suffering from Kim Jong-il dictatorship while he praised North Korea dictator as a pragmatic leader with high level of knowledge. His two sons were punished because of political corruption.

The status of persecuted human rights of North Koreans are far worse than Kwangju Incident. Nevertheless Kim Dae Jung had kept silence on the oppressed human rights of North Koreans. On the contrary he praised even North Korea dictator to the world.

He agitated the people to protest U.S.A and South Korea governments in the name of Kwangju 18 democratic revolution to strengthen his leftist government and to overthrow the present government. It represents that May 18 Incident no longer democratic movement but civil revolt agitated by North Korea dictator and his followers.       

A famous U.S conservative civil group, Heritage Foundation reported in 1985 about Kwangju Incident as follows.  

The Kwangju incident was in fact - a major civil uprising in the Repulic of Korea that resulted in the death of 191 Koreans. 

This initial stage of the trouble was characterized by fierce hand-to-hand fighting between police and military authorities and the demonstrators. Many demonstrators were armed with rocks and iron pipes and were extremely hostile and aggressive. A number of observers charged the policemen and troops with excessive brutality, but other eyewitnesses noted that "for the most part, the army avoided an open fight with the rioters. There were many injuries on both sides, but only two rioters were killed during the first two days of the confrontation. On the first day of the riots, the rumor spread that soldiers of Kyungsang Province had to com kill the Cholla people. There were reports that as many as 40 people had been killed during the first day of strife ; in fact, no one had been killed.

Some residents were told that Kim Dae Jung had been executed.

The most bizzar rumor was that, to make them more fierce, the troops had been starved for several days and given drugs before coming to Kwangju. Some of these tales were believed by residents, prompting many nonstudents to sympathize with the rioters.

Event took an ominous turn when rioters attacked an army reserve base and seized rifles, ammunition, and other weapons.

Rioters installed a machine gun on the roof of a downtown building and fired on troops. On the outskirts of the city, meanwhile, soldiers guarding the Kwangju Prison were attacked by waves of well-armed rioters in armored personnel carriers and fire tracks. Situation worsened dramatically. At a large downtown rally, some rebels proclaimed that, if they could hold out for several more days, the ROK government would fall.            

Given the extent of the insurrection, the retaking of Kwangju by martial law troops was a well-planned and well-executed operation designed to minimize casualities and property damage.

The event of May 1980 were not a deliberate plot by the ROK government to massacre, innocent civilians in South Cholla Province. Nor was the U.S. imvolved in the incident-. Given the extent of the insurrection, the death toll was remarkably low - a fact that reflects the ROK government the ROK government's efforts to minimize casualties. Those who continue distort what happened at Kwangju should have their motives questioned.

They seemed determined to prevent the wounds from healing and to drive a wedge between the U.S. and the Korean people. The ROK government, by contrast, has been trying to put the Kwangju incident to rest and to heal the country's physical and emotional wounds.   

Heritage Foundation's May 18 report tells the truth that above-mentioned groundless rumors worsen Kwangju Incident and given the extent of insurrection during Kwangju Incident, that the death toll was low means South Korea army and government made great efforts to minimize casualties, and the suspicious groups which continue to distort the truth of May 18 prevent Kwangju citizens, South Korea army and government from concilating one another for national integrity. That's why May 18 special law and so called May 18 judgement after May 18 special law.    

The most shocking evidence comes from the book  'Splendid Fraud Drama's Identity May 18' published in September 24, 2009 and in December 16, 2009 and written by Free North Korea Soldiers Coalition consisting of defectors who were ex- North Korea special force soldiers. It includes 36 defectors' witness about Kwangju Incident.

They have disclosed the new shocking truth in their book South Koreans couldn't even imagine.

Many defectors from North Korea disclosed that about many or hundreds or about 600 North Korea soldiers in special force came to Kwangju and killed innocent Kwangju citizens with Kelvin rifles during multi investigation of KCIA, Public Prosecution, Preservation Army, and Police  when they came here in South Korea at first.

Yet investigators threatened them not to tell the truth any more.

They were threatened even to be killed if they say that North Korea soldiers came  to Kwangju and killed innocent Kwangju citizens.

That's why they were forced to write memorandum to swear not to tell above-mentioned the truth about Kwangju Incident.

When they came to South Korea, they were shocked to know that South Korea government and National Assembly ruled by pro North Korea leftists. That's why they were threatened not to tell the truth about Kwangju Incident. It is a shame that South Korea CIA, Preservation Army, Public Prosecution, and Police shut their ears when defectors who came to South Korea for freedom witnessed about North Korea's operations against South Korea during Kwangju Incident threatening our national security and democracy. 

Defectors came to South Korea to live not as slaves but free men.

At last, they made up their mind to tell the truth for free South North Korea. That's why they organize Free North Korea Coalition consisting of ex- North Korea special force soldiers. They have been fighting for not only the liberation of North Koreans suffering from Kim Jong-il dictatorship but also denouncing North Korea's operation to South Korea during Kwangju Incident which aimed at overturning South Korea government and rebuilding pro-North Korea Kim Dae Jung government. That's why they interviewed in December 2006 with the press and published their book in 2009 named 'Splendid Fraud Drama May 18th's Identity'      

As many as 36 defectors disclosed in their book named 'Splendid Fraud Drama May 18th's Identity' in  2009 and several defectors also disclosed in their interview with the press in December 2006  that North Korea special force soldiers ordered by North Korea dictator regime invaded Kwangju during so called Kwangju Incident and then they spreaded rumors far from the truth to agitate Kwangju citizens to overthrow South Korea government with violence and to rebuild North Korea Kim Dae Jung government siding with North Korea dictatorship.

They disclosed the rumors agitating Kwangju citizens as follow.

Kyoungsang Province soldiers came to kill Cholla Province residents.

South Korea army authority let Paratroops soldiers starve for several days and drink drug before they came to Kwangju and let hallucinated soldiers shoot Kwangju citizens indiscriminately.

Soldiers stabbed pregnant woman cruelly with bayonet fixed in M-16 and took out unborn child from her belly and stabbed unborn child.  

Soldiers hollowed out young lady student's breasts with bayonet fixed in M-16 and fired out her.

US ambassador ordered Korea army to kill Kwnagju citizens.

General Chun Doo Whan ordered Korea army allow to kill 70% of Kwangju citizens.

Such kind of rumors fabricating facts agitating Kwangju citizens to protest South Korea government, army and the United Stated are introduced in North Korea May 18 movie named 'Symphonic Poetry for Darling' manufactured in part of movie literature by Whang Jang Yub and his North Korean counterpart Lee Choon Ku.

Free North Korea Coalition's book also discloses North Korea dictator Kim Il-sung's secret order to North Korea spies in South Korea to do operation against South Korea as follow  

"When decisive time comes, we must launch all-out war without hesitation. We must agitate South Korea labors do all-out stre and let them fight simultaneously against South Korea government by occupying public facilities such as telegraph telephone office, transformer substation, broadcasting station ete. By cutting electricity and paralyzing traffic network and asking North Korea to help in the name of temporary civil revolution government, we can get revolutionary uprising with  South North solidarity strategy. "    

The book also introduces an actor Choi Eun Hee's witness as follow.

A famous actress Choi Eun Hee who kidnapped in 1978 by North Korea and met with North Korea dictator Kim Jong-il witnessed that North Korea dictator Kim Jong-il said to her "we gained South Korea many intelligent leaders over our side. They gain young students over their side. Young students agitate citizens to protest South Korea government resulting in being in great confusion. Someday the United States will give up South Korea. You can go to Seoul after unification"   

Ex- North Korea female teacher in middle school in Keumyakun, HamKyung South Province witnessed about Kwangju Incident in the book written by Free North Korea Coalition.

My father attended to the labor party education in April, 1981. When he returned home and told about Kwangju Incident, I was shocked to hear the content of education of Labor Party from my father. He said to me "Do you know who fought against South Korea army during Kwangju Incident last year?

Today, regional Labor Party's organization staff educated us about Kwangju Incident for over an hour. He let us know that our special force soldiers went to Kwangju and fought against South Korea army. Many special force soldiers were dead during Kwangju Incident. North Korea leader Kim Il-sung ordered his government to take after their families forever."      

North Korea dictator regime carried on propaganda on a large scale that South Korea soldiers killed Kwangju citizens cruelly after they drink hallucinogenic drug. I was frightened to hear pro North Korea leftists insist that South Korea soldiers stabbed pregnant woman or let women naked and be raped and then be killed cruelly. Because they are the very power to help North Korea dictator regime threatening South Korea. 

Ex-North Korea anti air artillery a female company commander in air force headquarters witnessed in the book written by Free North Korea Coalition as follow that South Korea army was not murderers in Kwangju Incident.

I had been suffering from North Korea dictatorship for a long time.

I could hardly keep my living in North Korea. That's why I came to South Korea despite the risk of depriving my life. I was a female company commander in North Korea air force headquarters.

Moreover, I worked at political propaganda section and treated so many secret documents related social and political affairs.

I saw the tombs of heroes who were dead and failed to assassinate ex-president Park Jung Hee in South Korea. And I also with my eyes  saw the tombs of heroes who was killed during Kwangju Incident.

It was not ex-president Chun Doo Whan and South Korea army but North Korea dictator Kim Jong-il who manipulated Kwangju Incident as Kwangju massacre and who ordered to kill Kwangju citizens.      

It is extremely sad that sacrificed Kwangju citizens in many tombs in Kwangju still does not know who killed themselves. I dare to say as a defector came to here for freedom that the only way to console them is not only to end Kim Jong-il dictatorship who killed them but also clear charge of murderer of South Korea government and army.    

A clerical worker at industrial company in Hamheung City, Hamkyoung South Province denounced so called democratic fighter attacking Protestant Church with bottles of alcohol.

I came here from North Korea and began to attend worship in Seoul Church guided by a pastor Lee Jong Youn.  I understand the purpose of life by his sermon.

In October 28, 2008, Sunday morning when I went to the church many demonstrators criticized that the pastor Lee Jong Youn in his worship sermon let his christians know North Korea special force soldiers invaded Kwangju to fight against South Korea soldiers by quoting Free North Korea Coalition's interview with the press.

I asked a grandmother seemed over 70 years old, one of demonstrators why she came here to demonstrate.  She answered she didn't know in details but heard they would get 30,000 won per each if they took part in the demonstration.

Yet I answered to the grandmother North Koreans already knew North Korea special force soldiers invaded Kwangju and fought against South Korea soldiers and said to her not to follow demonstrators. North Korea defectors in Free North Korea Coalition witnessed that their friends North Korea special force soldiers invaded Kwangju wearing South Korea military uniforms or South Korean civilian's clothes and shoot Kwangju civilians to alienate Kwangju citizens from South Korea soldiers and government and the United States so that they may kill one another. 

In North Korea after Kwangju Incident 62 special force soldiers became national heroes invaded Kwangju during Kwangju Incident.

According to all the witnesses of defectors in this book, 62 tombs of North Korean soldiers who were killed  during Kwangju Incident were in several areas such as Haeju city, Wonsan city, and Chunma Mountain in Chungin city etc of  North Korea.

The book named 'South Koreans' struggle following to the flag of Chuche(footnote North Korea dictator regime's political philosophy) also wrote about 62 tombs of North Korea national heroes in North Korea who were killed in Kwangju Incident.

North Korea dictator gave them the honor of heroes and special regular compensation per month more than the pay of a battalion commander.

As we introduced before, there are many reliable evidences North Korea special force soldiers invaded Kwangju and killed many Kwangju citizens. The book concluded in the preface that Kwangju Incident was that pro North Korea powers such as ex-president Kim Dae Jung aggregated conflicts between Young Nam Province and Ho Nam Province purposely for their political purpose and that North Korea tried to overthrow South Korea government and to build pro North Korea Kim Dae Jung government. And it was planned by North Korea's thorough operation against South Korea.

Unknown 12 tombs, why rioters attack prison, why many victims were killed by shooting their back, why more victims were killed not by South Korea soldiers' M-16 but by carbine being deprived by North Korea special force soldiers and civilians,

Is it possible Kwangju citizens can attack as many as 38 arsenals within only 4 hours, all these doubts remain a lot. That's why we can't call Kwangju Incident as 'Democratic Movement' but can call it as civil revolt planned by North Korea's operation against South Korea.        

However this book victims who did not know the invasion of North Korea special force soldiers are protected because victims were killed by North Korean special force soldiers and their followers in South Korea. The book declares Kwangju massacre murderers were not South Korea soldiers and government and the United States but North Korea dictator regime and its special force and their followers in South Korea such as ex-president Kim Dae Jung.

The book denounces ex-president Kim Young Sam's May 18 special law as a secret dirty political compromise with ex-president Kim Dae Jung enable to take power. This book recommends us to unite one another to prevent North Korea dictator regime and his followers in South Korea from threatening our national security and democracy  

We firmly believe that defectors who witnessed in this book are God's precious gifts for the Republic of Korea to save us. Because they console all the victims in Kwangju Incident with all their hearts by never allowing North Korea's operation against South Korea killing Kwangju citizens any more.

Recently North Korea terror sinking our navy ship resulted in death of 46 navy soldiers. International investigation team denounced North Korea's terror sinking our navy ship. 

Nevertheless  North Korea insisted the report of international investigation team's report was fabricated.

In addition, South Korea pro North Korea civil group named Participation Solidarity submitted a false report to the United Nations saying that international investigation team's report was forged.

Democratic Party in South Korea supported Participation Solidarity's false report to the United Nations. That's why we are worried about distortion of the truth.

North Korea's invading South Korea during Korean War was war crime. Nevertheless here in Korea Pro North Korea civil groups and pro North Korea scholars has distorted the truth as if South Korea invaded North Korea at first contrary to the truth.

Kwangju Incident were deteriorated by North Korea soldiers their shooting to kill innocent Kwangju citizens in order to alienate between Kwangju citizens and South Korea soldiers.  

Is it possible for Kwangju citizens to seized and take away weapons of 38 weapon arsenals in reserved forces and police station for only 4 hours. Defectors said it's impossible to Kwangju citizens and it was done by North Korea special force soldiers.

Many public institutions such as KBS, MBC, government official buildings were burned or destroyed. Even prison were attacked as many as 6 times.     

These are impossible to Kwangju citizens.

These can not be called democratic revolution.

These are products of North Korea special force's crime and alienation between Kwangju citizens and South Korea soldiers.

Kwangju May 18 civil groups's petition to register Kwangju Incident papers as the List of UNESCO memory of the world is not based on objective investigation and study but biased datum and documents resulting in encouraging North Korea's operation against democratic South Korea to stepdown the Republic of Korea.   

Kwangju citizens, South Korea army, South Korea government, and the United States are not enemies but friends in need ought to help one another. We helped one another during Korean War. 

                          Conclusion

The murderers in Kwangju May 18 Incident are not Kwangju citizens, South Korea army, South Korea government and the United States but North Korea dictator regime and North Korea special force and their followers in South Korea such as ex-president Kim Dae Jung.

Because South Korea soldiers and Kwangju citizens didn't know that North Korea special force invaded Kwanju and spreaded groundless rumors and killed Kwangju citizens and Korean soldiers to alienate Kwangju citizens from South Korea government, South Korea soldiers and the United States.

North Korea dictator regime holds national convention everywhere in North Korea every year for Kwangju Incident as civil revolt to protest South Korea and the United States. As many as 3-4 million North Koreans have been sacrificed resulting from starvation, rape, torture and execution since 1995 by North Korea dictatorship.

The death toll is far more than that in Kwangju Incident. It is evidently far from the truth and justice. 

North Koreans and South Koreans all have to know far more North Koreans as many as 3-4 millions than victims in Kwangju Incident have been sacrificed resulting from starvation, rape, torture and execution in North Korea since 1995 disclosed by civil human rights groups.

It is a shame that May 18 civil groups never pay attention to the oppressed North 

That's why the United States and Japan passed human rights bills for North Koreans unanimously to save North Koreans suffering from dictatorship in North Korea. We appeal US President Obama, the United States, European Union, Japan, India, China, Russia, the United Nations and its member countries to do their best to liberate numerous people such as North Koreans and Libyans suffering from dictatorship. We urge China and Russian not to support North Korea's terror threatening South Korea and North Korea's dictatorship threatening human rights of North Koreans.  

We appeal President Lee Myoung Bak, Ex-Representative of Grand Nation Party Park Keun Heah, Ex-Representative of Freedom Forward Party Lee Hoe Chang,  the ruling party and the opposition party let National Assembly  pass human rights bill for North Koreans just like the counterpart in the United States and Japan. We urge Kwangju citizens, our people, civil groups, and May 18 civil groups to fight for the human rights act for North Koreans. 

We appeal honorable UNESCO not to allow Kwangju Incident to be registered to

We do not have any desire to denounce innocent Kwangju citizens who did not know North Korea special force invaded Kwangju.

We appeal Kwangju citizens, South Korea government, South Korea soldiers and the United States to hug together to prevent North Korea from threatening us. That's why we want to tell the truth about Kwangju Incident at home and abroad.

God bless Kwangju citizens! South Korea government!  South Korea army! and the United States who were victims in Kwangju Incident!

God bless our soldiers, citizens, and American soldiers contributing for our country!
