To the Leaders of Korea, America, China, Russia, Japan, the United Nations and the International Community,
우리는 북녘 동포들의 대량학살이 지속되는 것을 더 이상 내버려 두지 않겠습니다. 1995년 이래로 4백만 명이 넘는 무고한 북녘 동포들이 김정일 체제에 의해 살해당했으며, 약 1백만 명의 북녘 동포들이 북한의 정치범수용소에서 노예 노동과 강간, 고문, 기아 및 처형으로 인하여 살해당했습니다. 바로 이러한 정치범수용소의 존재야말로 북한 정부를 불법적, 비합법적, 위법적, 범죄적으로 만드는 것이며 국제 공동체의 즉각적인 개입을 요청하는 것입니다.
We Refuse to Allow the North Korean Holocaust to Continue Any Longer. Over 4,000,000 Innocent North Koreans have been Murdered by Kim Jong-Il’s regime since 1995, and an estimated 1,000,000 North Koreans have been Murdered as a result of Slave Labor, Rape, Torture, Starvation and Execution in North Korea’s Political Concentration Camps. The Very Existence of these Concentration Camps makes the North Korean State Illegal, Illegitimate, and Criminal, and Demands The Immediate Intervention of the International Community.
Our Demands, based upon the foundation of International Law and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights are as follows:

We live in an age of great science and technology never experience before. Nevertheless, numerous people everywhere in the world have been suffering from crime, terror, dispute, disease, poverty and dictatorship. 우리는 이전에 경험하지 못한 위대한 과학과 기술의 시대에 살고 있습니다. 하지만 전세계 수많은 인류가 범죄, 테러, 분쟁, 질병, 가난, 독재로 고통을 받습니다.

Though this world with devils filled threatens us we will not fear, for God has the truth triumph through us. Whom shall we fear? 여호와는 우리의 빛이요 구원이므로 우리가 누구를 두려워하겠습니까?
We will overcome all the difficulties we are facing if we are guided by holy spirit if we fight for freedom and justice 성령으로 인도된다면 자유와 정의를 위해 투쟁한다면 모든 어려움을 극복할 것입니다. There is a time to everything. 모든 것에는 때가 있습니다. A time to weep, a time to speak, a time to love. 울고 말하고 사랑할 때입니다.

Though the cup God gives us ask our sacrifice, we should drink. 하나님이 주신 잔이 우리에게 희생을 요구할지라도 우리는 마셔야 합니다.
We can't deny to drink the cups God gives us. 하나님이 주시는 잔을 거부할 수 없습니다. To liberate North Koreans is not so easy but we have to take cross. 북한을 해방시키는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니라 십자가를 져야 합니다. No cross, no salvation. No sacrifice, no democracy. 십자가 없이 구원이 없고 희생이 없이 민주주의가 없습니다.
We pray that North Korea dictator Kim Jong Il and North Korea leaders repent their sins to persecute North Korean and they let North Koreans free and by doing so they will be saved. 편지에서도 북한 김정일 독재자와 지도자들이 북한동포를 박해한 죄를 반성하고 그들이 북한동포를 자유롭게 함으로써 구원받게 되기를 기도합니다.

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) _ A Christian missionary from the U.S. has entered North Korea in order to highlight the plight of tens of thousands of political prisoners estimated to be held in the communist state, a human rights activist said Saturday.
Robert Park crossed the frozen Tumen River into North Korea from China on Christmas Day to call on North Korean leader Kim Jong Il to release political prisoners and shut down the "concentration camps" where they are held, said the activist, who spoke on condition of anonymity, citing the issue's sensitivity.
North Korea holds some 154,000 political prisoners in six large camps across the country, according South Korean government estimates. The North has long been regarded as having one of the world's worst human rights records, but rejects outside criticism and denies the existence of prison camps.
The activist would only say he is with Pax Koreana, a conservative Seoul-based group that calls for North Korea to improve its human rights record. He said Park was last seen by another activist who videotaped him entering North Korea on Friday, adding the footage would be released Sunday. It was unclear if he was in custody.
North Korean state media did not mention the reputed crossing.
"We are aware of Robert Park," said Susan Stevenson, a spokeswoman for the U.S. Embassy in Beijing. She said a charitable organization she did not identify notified the State Department in Washington. The embassy is looking into the case but had no details.
"His fate to us is unknown," she said.
Park was carrying a letter to North Korean leader Kim Jong Il, according to the activist.
"Please open your borders so that we may bring food, provisions, medicine, necessities, and assistance to those who are struggling to survive," said the letter, according to a copy posted on Pax Koreana's Web site. "Please close down all concentration camps and release all political prisoners today."
The activist identified Park as a 28-year-old Korean-American missionary from Tucson, Arizona. He said Park came to South Korea in July where he stayed until leaving for China earlier this week to enter the North.
He said Pax Koreana is affiliated with another organization called Freedom and Life For All North Koreans, which is a coalition of North Korean human rights advocacy groups. Park is a member of the broader group, he said.
In August, North Korea released two U.S. journalists it sentenced to 12 years of hard labor for trespassing and "hostile acts." Their release came amid a trip to Pyongyang by former President Bill Clinton aimed at winning their freedom.
Journalists Laura Ling and Euna Lee were captured by North Korean guards near the Tumen River in March while reporting a story on North Korean defectors.
Park's reported entry comes weeks after North Korea held one-on-one talks with the United States and signaled its willingness to return to international negotiations on ending its nuclear weapons programs. Pyongyang said earlier this month it would try to resolve remaining differences with Washington.
In the message Park is carrying, he also demanded Kim Jong Il and other leaders immediately step down, noting alleged starvation of North Koreans and deaths in political prison camps.
Kim wields absolute power in the communist state of 24 million people and allegedly inmates cannot be executed without his knowledge or direction, activists say.
